About Me
Build a strong, happy and flexible body
Good movement is key to a stronger, leaner, more flexible body. The long term benefits of a fit healthy body that moves well and functions optimally for the demands of everyday life are the very reasons that I chose to become a trainer. My aim is to help you to grow stronger and become more functionally fit. And as we already know, our physical health influences our mental health and so is absolutely essential for general well being.
Testimonials
‘Audrey was personally recommended to me & I would recommend her to anyone. I started training 6 months after having premature twins & she has made an enormous difference to my life.
Every session is different. Her focus on breathing & Pilates as well as strength & cardio is perfect. She has been as flexible as possible & kind. My fitness & strength has vastly improved & having that time for myself with such a talented trainer means a lot to me.
She is exceptional at what she does.’
Clare Radcliffe, solicitor.
‘Audrey is so detailed & challenges me differently each week, always considering my training needs. Love doing TRX & kettlebell exercises in our sessions. I have learned how to breathe properly with her so I can now exercise more efficiently. I highly recommend her sessions.’
Silvia Arango, IT professional
“Never did I think I could love a personal trainer until Audrey. The only PT I haven’t found every reason & excuse to rearrange.
I’ve always *pushed* to try & make exercise a routine part of my life. We have fun & our session carves out some time when I’m not running around in my mind, but instead lunging around my lawn.
Our sessions are a perfect blend of mindfulness & breath work, as well as nurturing Pilates & strength focus (& cardio when she can convince me). She has a spectacular gauge of my energy level - & responds with what my body & mind need. She also has superb taste in music & her sense of humour is so aligned with mine, there isn’t much that’s off limits.
The universe offered me this total babe & I am very grateful for it. She is one of my few selected goddesses in my life & of them, the only person I let tell me what to do.
I would say please reach out if you want to book her as your PT as you could not get a better one, but please don’t, she is reserved for me. Joking (I’m not joking).”

‘After an Achilles’ tendon injury I wanted professional help to return to exercising. Audrey’s knowledge of anatomy made me feel confident & she built up my training slowly but so I always felt like there was progress & I’m grateful to her for allowing me to return to my normal regime.’
Giles, 51, music producer
‘Audrey struck a chord..she slowed me down, taught me to be & listen to my body. Stop running & move slowly & consistently. Breath..
I love every session, every challenge & every aching muscle afterwards! It’s deep work so don’t be fooled.
Google her! She’s ace! She’s a gem & she’s Irish!..what more could you ask for…’
Irenie, founder Irenie Studio Ltd
‘Audrey has encouraged me to think beyond what I thought were my limits as a 44 year old man. Limits made worse because, as a writer, I have spent twenty three of those years sat hunched in front of a computer and obsessively typing.
I thought problematic knees meant that good quality squats were beyond me. She’s proven me wrong. And, as someone who religiously avoided PE as a kid, I never thought I’d enjoy lifting a weight. Audrey and her TRX training has made me start to believe I might.
She has slowly, delicately and elegantly pushed me beyond my limits and given me a mobility and comfort I didn’t think possible. She’s fantastic.’
Jack Thorne, writer
‘Audrey has become a joyful part of my week! I always feel better after our sessions, physically and mentally & I feel so much stronger. She is very intuitive & she challenges me & encourages me to do more than I thought I could do with kindness & good humour. I highly recommend investing in your health & wellbeing with Audrey.’
Helen English, 50, school counsellor
‘I really enjoy training with Audrey. Having never had a PT before, I was a little nervous but she immediately made me feel very comfortable & listened to what I was looking for. I feel stronger & more confident in my abilities & I always look forward to my sessions.’
Jessica Bridgett, lawyer
‘I love training with Audrey. I’ve been part of a small group session for over a year now – training with 3 to 5 other women on a weekly basis. I’ve found the group sessions to be stimulating, fun and empowering. Audrey keeps each session feeling fresh and relevant, paying attention to all our needs. She always brings a smile, good tunes and a ton of knowledge to our sessions.
I was incredibly apprehensive when I first started the sessions, but Audrey has built my confidence alongside building my strength and provided me with the motivation to keep pushing my physical abilities forward.’
